Sales Section Head - Southgate

Job Descriptions : Develop a sales strategy which includes the preparation of sales plans, prices, payment systems, rewards/commissions for sales. Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out through media placements and exhibitions. Create activities to build business relationships with mass media and vendors related to promotions. Coordinate sales in the process of approaching current and potential customers, in order to ensure optimal achievement of targets. Collect and analyze operational reports from sales & promotion activities and achievement progress.

Job Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Economics, or related major. Minimum 6 years experience in property Sales & Marketing and 2 years experience in the same position. Supervisory Skills. Knowledge of promotion, marketing & sales activities. Knowledge in the real estate business. Willing to be placed in Jakarta for Southgate Apartment.
