1st April 2026 – 31st March 2027, Expected to be extended Working days and hours Monday to Friday, 8:30/9:00 – 16:30/17:00 hours (1 hour lunch break) Working Location: Directorate General of Health Workforce, Ministry of Health Responsibilities

Assist Japanese experts for daily work interpretation and translation. Liaise with project counterparts for collecting information, organizing visits and meetings. Undertake secretarial work for the project including accounting report preparation, travel reservation, procurements of goods, keeping inventory, preparing for the seminars and other work requested by the Project Coordinator and other Japanese experts. Any other tasks which Japanese experts determine necessary. Includes domestic travel within Indonesia, such as to West Nusa Tenggara Province (Lombok) and Lampung Province (Tanjung Karang). Qualifications

Minimum JLPT 2 or equivalent Handling multitasks efficiently Paying attention in detail Advantage if you have background as Nursing certificate in Indonesia and clinical experiences as a nurse and/or working experiences in Japan or Japanese affiliated companies in Indonesia Note: Kaigo is a Japanese term that means caregiving or nursing care, especially for elderly people, patients, or individuals with disabilities who need assistance with daily activities.
