Conditioning Monitoring Operator (Cilegon)

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute condition monitoring and lubrication activities.

Analyze condition monitoring results and identify potential equipment issues.

Report condition monitoring findings and recommend corrective actions to the Maintenance Department.

Follow up and coordinate all condition monitoring findings with the maintenance team.

Prepare daily reports for inventory and maintenance planning purposes.

Drive safety leadership and promote continuous improvement in safety practices.

Improve personal performance to achieve assigned KPI targets.

Continuously enhance technical knowledge in electrical, automation, electronics, and mechanical fields.

Requirements

Education: STM / SMK Mechanical or Mechatronics.

Minimum 2 years experience in condition monitoring or related maintenance roles.

Experience with rotating equipment.

Skilled in vibration analysis and thermal imaging analysis.

Familiar with condition monitoring tools and techniques.

Good understanding of condition monitoring concepts.

Willing to continuously improve technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, automation, and electronics.
