ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FNB)

Overview

Oversee the end-to-end accounting processes for the FNB division, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. Implement internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets. Manage the FNB accounting team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback. Liaise with other departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights. Support the Accounting Manager in budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc reporting. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems. Location: South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID. Responsibilities

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Proven experience in leading and managing an accounting team. Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
