Property Management - Makassar

Key Responsibilities: Maintain a good relationship with property owners and hotel/property staff. Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards. Manage a portfolio of 60-70 properties. Build and manage relationships with key partners and properties. Liaise with internal departments to effectively manage properties. Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals. Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.
