Purchasing Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize purchasing processes and minimize costs Identify potential suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and establish long-term relationships to ensure quality and reliability of supplies Overseeing all aspects of the process that businesses use to create and introduce new products to the market Responsible for maintaining project timelines and tracking on-time delivery of samples, accuracy of costing and quality yields for all samples stages Oversee product line and trend direction with the aim of creating a focused brand concept Understand import procedure

Qualifications :

Min Bachelor Degree from any major Proven experience in purchasing & buying with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role Excellent communication in English & Mandarin is a must Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships effectively In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and contract management principles Strong leadership capabilities to manage team
