Corporate Engineer Manager

Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical engineering. Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in engineer manager. Solid understanding of engineering principles, project management, and operational processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals. Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang.

Job Description: Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team to achieve project and performance targets. Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from design to implementation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and Management). Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for engineering activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness. Review technical designs, reports, and engineering documentation.
