About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at PT My Everything Indonesia, an esteemed company based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our product (Local manufature Basic T-shirt, Fashion, T-shirt licensed Mattel, Barbie Parfume, Sam-Sam Toys) and leading our talented sales team to success. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimise their performance Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales solutions Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the sales team is aligned with the company's objectives Monitor and report on sales activities and KPIs to drive continuous improvement Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, preferably in the

sales

industry (Fashion & Toys) Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team Thorough understanding of sales strategies, market trends and competitive landscape Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred What we offer
