IT Project Manager

Minimum Requirement Required Skills Bachelor Degreein Computer or Information Science/Technology related fieldwith minimum GPA 3.0 (scale of 4.0). More than 3years of experience as Project Manager in financial services industry. Demonstrated success in leading IT projects with various project team members. Thorough understanding of Project Management principles and planning. Good understanding of IT procedures and practices. Proficient with Project Management methodologies and tools. Proven experience working with Senior Level leadership. Strong interpersonal skills and executive presentation skills. Ability to influence decisions from top-down as well as bottom-up. Proficient with, or able to quickly becomeproficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and/or hardware used in the organization and the industry. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodology. Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams. Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner. Organized with attention to detail. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skill. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure. Ability to work occasional overtime and a flexible schedule as needed to meet work objectives and deadlines. Fluent in English.

Nice to Have PMP or similar certification is a plus. Worked in global Consulting Firm(s) is a plus. ⁠Managed Banking System Implementation(s) is a plus.
