Senior System Integration Manager – Automation

A global automation organisation is building a dedicated System Integration capability to support complex, strategically critical intralogistics programmes across multiple international markets.

This role is focused on ensuring technical coherence, integration stability and risk mitigation across high-value automated warehouse environments.

We are not looking for a standard project manager. We are seeking a technically credible integrator who understands how large-scale automation systems truly behave under operational pressure.

Required Background

You will come from a leading automation system integrator or high-end intralogistics provider and have experience across:

End-to-end system integration (mechanical, controls, software) WCS / WMS / PLC alignment Multi-vendor automated environments Large greenfield and brownfield warehouse automation Go-live stabilisation and performance optimisation Identifying integration risk before it becomes operational failure

You are comfortable operating across engineering silos and aligning technical streams to deliver one cohesive system.
