Supply Chain Manager Procurement - Data Center Construction Company

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and distribution

Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, primarily in Mandarin

Ensure optimal stock availability aligned with operational and sales needs

Monitor supplier performance, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines

Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams

Oversee documentation related to purchasing, logistics, and import processes

Identify risks and implement improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency

Prepare and present regular supply chain performance reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain / Procurement, preferably in electronics or manufacturing

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory

Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of inventory management and supplier relations

Proficient in Excel and supply chain management systems

Preferred

Experience handling China-based suppliers

Background in electronics / import-oriented companies
