What you'll do

• Strategic Partnerships: Lead a team of BDs to identify, negotiate, and execute high-value partnerships with web3/DeFi protocols, blockchains, applications and payment providers to enhance wallet features or drive user growth. • Payment Ecosystem Expansion: Drive the adoption of crypto payments by collaborating with payment ecosystem partners. • Onchain Trend Analysis: Act as the internal \"alpha\" source, staying ahead of market shifts (e.g. Privacy, Agentic ecosystem) to ensure our product remains at the cutting edge. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Engineering and product marketing teams to integrate solutions and rollout collaborations. • Global Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Bitget Wallet at major global Web3 conferences and events to build a robust pipeline of institutional and retail-facing partners.

What you'll need

• Industry Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships, with at least 3 years deeply embedded in the Web3/Crypto industry. • Deep Onchain Knowledge: A \"power user\" mentality. You must understand liquidity pools, yield farming, crypto trading, and insights into the latest web3 trends. • Proven Network: A strong network of contacts across major web3 foundations, venture capital firms, and top-tier DeFi projects and payment firms. • Payment Proficiency: Solid understanding of the payments landscape, including stablecoin settlement, on/off ramps, card/payment networks, payroll/remittance ecosystems. • Bilingual Mastery: Native fluency in English and conversational fluency in Mandarin. • Entrepreneurial Grit: A self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced, 24/7 nature of crypto and can pivot strategies as the market evolves. • Leadership: At least 2 years of experience leading an international BD team.
