Chief Financial Officer

This role is not for a traditional accountant. We are looking for a

strategic financial architect

who understands capital structure, project financing, and business scaling within the property sector.

The Mandate:

Design and drive long-term financial strategy to support expansion

Structure project financing, banking facilities, and investor funding

Lead feasibility analysis for land acquisition and development projects

Optimize cash flow cycles in multi-project environments

Strengthen financial governance, reporting accuracy, and risk management

Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and shareholders

The Ideal Profile:

Proven experience as CFO / Finance Director in property development or construction

Strong track record in raising capital and managing banking relationships

Deep understanding of project-based cash flow and investment modeling

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen

Executive presence, high integrity, and decisive leadership style

Experience navigating growth, expansion, or restructuring phases is highly valued
