ID - Trainee Counsellor (Service)

Job Overview First Source World (FSW) is seeking a Trainee Counsellor – Service who will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of the Australian Student Visa application of its clients.

Responsibilities

Collect and ensure that the submitted documents of the client are within the standards and requirements of the Australian Embassy.

Conduct GTE interview and help in drafting the GTE of the client.

Coordinate with the Trainee Counsellor (Sales) and partner college in the application of the client.

Assist the client during the English Placement Test.

Process the lodgment of the Visa and monitor the IMMI account of the client.

Stay up-to-date with the current Australian immigration policies and other industry-related information.

Requirements

Must be in Jakarta.

Must be an Indonesian or knows how to speak and write Bahasa.

Must be a graduate in the field of Business, Communication, or any related field.

Excellent command of written English with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

Familiarity with visa processes, immigration regulations, and travel requirements is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit own work effectively.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the teams.

With Personal Computer or Laptop, Smart Phone.

Must be willing to work onsite at SETIABUDI ATRIUM, UNIT 702, JL, H.R. RASUNA SAID KAV. 62, JAKARTA SELATAN, DKI JAKARTA, INDONESIA, 12920.

Willing to work from Monday to Saturday and on extended time if needed.
