Lead the marketing function within our Indonesia Cluster
•
Ensure the full go-to-market process is developed and implemented at the cluster level, including product launches, campaigns, customer communication, and promotional materials.
•
Coordinate digital and offline communication channels such as social media, email marketing, events, PR activities, and sales tools.
•
Drive organizational design and development within the area, with a strong focus on strategic talent development, skills planning, and actively leveraging diversity
•
Manage and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and a P&L-driven approach, rolling up to cluster and regional levels
•
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring structured planning against the marketing/business agenda
•
Ability to plan and prioritize the workload across the team.
•
Act as a key business partner for the cluster commercial leader and be an active member of the cluster leadership team**Requirements**•
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business, economics, or marketing)
•
Minimum 5 years marketing function/team leadership experience at country/cluster level
•
B2B experience, ideally combination of B2B and B2B2C/B2C
•
Experience working in a multinational company is a plus
•
Ideally experience with managing large product portfolio complexity
•
Strong collaborator and comfortable with interaction across multiple organizational levels
•
Fluency in English at a high level
•
