ACCOUNTING & TAX ADMINISTRATION STAFF (Code: ATAS) Placement: West Jakarta

ABOUT THE COMPANY We are a well-established distribution company specializing in system and instrumentation supplies, serving major clients in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power plant industries.

In line with our business expansion, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual with a strong accounting or taxation background to join our team as:

ACCOUNTING & TAX ADMINISTRATION STAFF (Code: ATAS) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle accounting and tax documentation, including invoice verification, journal entries, and basic bookkeeping.

Prepare and maintain tax administration records (e-Faktur, SPT, and supporting documents).

Assist in monthly financial reports and accounting reconciliations.

Support General Affairs (GA) and office administration when required.

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and government offices related to tax or accounting matters.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation (mandatory).

Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, accounting, or taxation.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized in handling financial documents.

Proficient in accounting software (experience with ACCPAC is an advantage).

Fluent in English (spoken & written) and computer literate (MS Office, Excel).

Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Able to work independently or in a team, multitasking, and under pressure.

Willing to be stationed in West Jakarta.

Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 systems will be an advantage.
