Export Staff

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end export operations, including export documentation preparation and compliance with international trade regulations and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government authorities to ensure efficient shipment execution and on-time delivery of international orders. Maintain accurate export data, monitor shipment performance, resolve operational issues proactively, and support export administration processes including billing, account receivable, and account payable activities.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations within the footwear manufacturing industry Good understanding of export procedures, international shipping documentation, and customs regulations Strong data management and data analytics skills with the ability to analyze and interpret export-related data Fluent in English (both written and verbal) Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang
