As part of our strategic expansion into Indonesia, we are building a strong local commercial ecosystem to accelerate adoption across K–12 and higher education institutions.
We are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales & Partnership Manager to lead and scale our partnership-driven growth in Indonesia.
Job Overview
The Channel Sales & Partnership Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and driving revenue through a structured partner ecosystem in Indonesia. This role requires a well-connected professional with proven success in developing strategic partnerships within the Indonesian education or SaaS landscape.
You will identify, recruit, and activate channel partners such as education consultants, system integrators, school networks, training providers, and technology resellers — turning partnerships into measurable revenue growth.
While the primary focus is Indonesia, exposure to Southeast Asia markets will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Expansion
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality channel partners across Indonesia & SEA.
Leverage existing networks within schools, universities, and education groups to accelerate market penetration.
Develop strategic alliances with education foundations, associations, and technology partners.
Structure win‑win commercial agreements and long-term collaboration models.
Revenue Ownership
Own and achieve channel-driven revenue targets in Indonesia.
Drive partner pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and deal closures.
Support key negotiations and strategic accounts when necessary.
Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies.
Partner Enablement
Develop partner onboarding programs, sales toolkits, and training materials.
Conduct product training and joint sales presentations.
Ensure partners can effectively position BeED’s LMS against competitors.
Analyze local competitor activity in Indonesia’s EdTech landscape.
Identify new vertical opportunities (private schools, international schools, higher education, training centers).
Provide structured feedback to Product and Leadership teams based on market needs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development within Indonesia.
Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue results through partnerships.
Strong existing network within Indonesian education institutions, school groups, or SaaS ecosystem.
Experience in EdTech, LMS, digital learning platforms, or education-related industries is a MUST.
Demonstrated ability to structure and close partnership agreements.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Highly self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Experience managing partnerships across Southeast Asia.
Exposure to regional distributor models or cross-border channel expansion.
