Who We’re Looking For

Has

3–5 years experience

in TikTok Shop / Shopee Live / beauty live-streaming

Understands

product angles, hooks, conversion triggers, and viewer discipline

Knows how to

build scripts, flow, and energy

that keep viewers locked in

Can optimize

AOV, CTR, watch time, conversion rate , and real-time funnel flow

Treats live streaming like

a performance + a science

Can manage hosts, KOL talents, and internal team without drama

Knows the difference between “content” and “content that sells”

Experience using

AI tools

for scripting, analysis, real-time tracking, and content creation

Moves fast, adapts faster because live commerce changes daily

What You Will Do

Plan, execute, and optimize

daily/weekly live-stream strategies

Build strong

conversion scripts , product sequences, and show flow

Manage and coach hosts & supporting crew to deliver strong performance

Track real-time data and adjust instantly

not tomorrow

Coordinate with Ads Specialist, Social Media Lead & GM for unified growth

Improve ROAS through content timing, live funnels, and pricing strategy

Analyze performance like a scientist
