Job Descriptions

Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective performance and collaboration.

Prepare accurate financial reports and manage the company’s cash flow to support operational needs.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Statement of Account (SOA) with principals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Ensure all financial records are in compliance with applicable accounting regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries to plan, monitor, and optimize the company’s financial activities.

Liaise with banks and other external parties to facilitate payments and financial transactions.

Maintain communication with principals, vendors, and customers regarding financial transactions and related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role (Finance Supervisor or equivalent).

Have proven experience of leading a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Familiarity with the Odoo System is an advantage.

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Demonstrated numerical accuracy, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Willing to work overtime when required.
