DevOps Analyst

Job Description: Perform application deployments and product updates across platforms. Provide Level 2 technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Implement and maintain server monitoring and alerting systems. Develop, optimize, and evaluate CI/CD pipelines. Consolidate and manage source code to ensure efficient CI/CD performance. Analyze production issues and implement improvements or integrations. Optimize infrastructure and conduct disaster recovery drills. Maintain proper documentation and standard operating procedures. Design infrastructure architecture for new projects and present recommendations.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/Alibaba/GCP/Tencent). Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
