Junior Tax Associate

We are looking for a meticulous, good team‑player individual that will help us uphold our company’s financial and taxation processes, ensuring its compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. You will play a key role in managing financial reports, handling tax obligations, and supporting accounting processes.

Requirements

Holds a D3/S1 degree in Accounting and/or Taxation.

Candidates with Brevet A & B Certificate are highly preferred.

Prior experience in using CoreTax is required.

Strong proficiency in using ERP system/accounting software (Jurnal) and MS Office.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Have the original diploma ( Ijazah Asli ) as job collateral.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit monthly tax payment and tax reporting timely.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.

Ensure all transactions align with tax regulations.

Ensure adherence to tax regulations and statutory requirements.

Support tax and external audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.
