Human Resources and General Affairs Supervisor
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Nurture a positive working environment
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Facility & Asset Management:
Managing office facilities, building maintenance, and tracking, maintaining, or procuring assets.
Operational Support:
Handling day‑to‑day office operations, including security, cleaning services, and administrative support.
Compliance & Licensing:
Managing company permits, licenses, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Vendor Management:
Coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
Employee Support:
Handling employee complaints, managing company vehicles, and supporting HR‑related administrative tasks
