Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Address issues promptly to maintain project stability and success.
Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage office budget and expenses, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience : 1–3 years of experience in project management or related roles, which can include internships or entry-level positions.
Russian Speaker is a must (level B1).
