is a development program for new hires to learn and work as Set & Stage members at Maximum. By joining this program, you can learn, practice, and work directly in the event and creative industries from the leading event organizer in Indonesia. New hires will get a package of monthly salary with an exclusive 1.5-year work contract.

Responsibilities : - Plan, design, revise, coordinate, and monitor Set & Stage needs in Event, especially on design and production. - Manage good communication and rapport with the internal team and clients. - Draw and develop detailed Set & Stage Design (Designer) - Conduct venue and workshop survey and loading in /out of all Set & Stage production and materials (Production)

Requirements : - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from Architecture or Interior Design (For Designer) and Civil Engineering (For Production). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other supporting software programs (Sketch Up, Auto CAD, etc). - Basic understanding of event production (stage, booth, rigging, venue setup) - Maximum 2 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome. - Strong creative minds and ability to execute. - Strong communication skills, customer focus, interpersonal, and attention to detail. - Willing to work in a creative environment team in Bandung and travel to event venues as requested. - Interested and passionate about Event Management and Creative Industries.
