Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Bonana Coffee's products and services Managing all aspects of our marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, events, and public relations Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with and support the company's overall business objectives Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, and promotional materials Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality work What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the coffee or food and beverage industry Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, SEO, and content creation Passion for the coffee industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field What we offer
