Maintenance Power Plant Manager

Job Description: Control maintenance cost by maximize spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing. Control Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance to keep plant running with high reliability to support production Avoid un-plan shutdown to to keep all equipment running well to supply power to user stable Projection scheduling of Boiler & Turbine , CHS and demin plant shutdown to make all plant reliable. Monitoring and control Material, Tools, spare part are available to used as planning schedule of maintenance Execute improvement/automation action plan from reviewing current business processes for continuous performance excellence Control CEMS Equipment with periodically check and reliable, to achieve low carbon emission

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Physics Engineering 15 years experience related to engineering, maintenance jobs, and utility in power plant Experience with preventative maintenance techniques. In-depth knowledge of power generation equipment, including turbines, generators, boilers, pumps, and heat exchangers A thorough understanding of power plant safety regulations, procedures, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards Understanding of electrical systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, SCADA systems, PLCs, and instrumentation Placement is Karawang, West Java
