Project Engineering Leader

Project Engineering Leader is responsible for engineering master plan and asset improvements to ensure the smoothness of factory operation.

Key responsibilities

Define and lead process of change for all investment projects to manage CAPEX projects (start, push through, succeed, learn, cost, time, quality wise)

Direct the development and implementation of new technology and improved facilities and operational processes within the subsidiary of business following best market practice and according corporate objectives, strategy and business needs and best market practice. Achieve success by working together with local site members, corporate members and contractors

Monitoring project to assure best practices implemented and recognized / shared

Follow, review, adjust master plan to ensure the updated of master plan

Propose initiatives to improve quality and efficiency (cost position) through i.e. automation

Maintain high motivation level of team members by providing excellent working environment, training, upgrades, job rotation and coaching leadership style to ensure team development

About you

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Management, or similar

5+ years of experience in managing an Engineering department consisting of maintenance, utilities and projects in the technical environment

Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite and SAP

English - advanced level

Strong understanding on CAPEX, IP, RFQ, projects, master plan, corporate engineering

Fast pace and self-starter

Able to work in a team or individually

Understand GMP, safety, food safety and quality standards and procedures

Willing to be placed in Bandung
