Tax Compliance and Litigation Lead

Responsibilities

Develop the company’s tax strategy to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency Lead and oversee all tax-related activities including PPN, PPh, tax planning, and audit Supervise timely tax reporting and payments for monthly and annual obligations across all entities Review transfer pricing documentation and master file for all entities Manage tax risks and maintain relationships with tax authorities Review and approve tax-to-financial report equalization/reconciliation Engage with external tax consultants and provide direction on complex or high-risk tax matters Lead and develop tax operation & litigation team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Law Minimum 7–10 years of experience in tax operations and/or litigation, with 3-4 years team leadership experience Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, audit procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms Experience handling tax audits, objections, and appeals directly Strong attention to detail in reviewing complex tax regulations, managing audit documentation, and ensuring compliance across multiple entities and activities Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
