Role Summary: Looking for a senior Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) L3 Engineer with deep technical expertise and strong operational process ownership in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as L3 SME for Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) • Design, deploy, configure and manage scalable and highly available OUD environments • Advanced troubleshooting of replication, performance, schema, and authentication issues • Handle patching, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning

Identity & Integration: • Integrate OUD with OIM, OAM, ODP and enterprise applications • Manage identity lifecycle and directory-based access controls

Operations & ITIL Process Ownership: • Incident, Change, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management • Capacity, Availability, Demand and DR Management • Lead RCA and mentor L1/L2 teams

Capacity & Availability: • Capacity planning, growth forecasting, risk identification • DR design, drills, RTO/RPO compliance

Required Skills: • Strong hands-on Oracle Unified Directory experience • LDAP, SSL/TLS, replication, schema, performance tuning • Linux/Unix administration • ITIL process expertise

Experience: • 8–12 years overall IT experience • Enterprise / Managed Services exposure • Oracle IAM certification
