Associate Director | Equities Sales Trading (12-month contract)

Join our Sales Trading team to lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance execution capabilities in Indonesia. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential renewal for up to a maximum of 5 years (inclusive of the initial term), subject to successful completion of these objectives. You will spearhead strategic initiatives designed to transform our execution capabilities - introducing innovative approaches, optimising processes and embedding best practices that will improve client execution in a meaningful way. Acting as a senior contributor, you will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders, influence decision-making and ensure the successful implementation of key priorities within the defined 12-month timeframe. In addition, you will lead execution processes, foster client partnerships and identify opportunities to expand our market presence. What you offer

There is a strong emphasis on delivering results within defined timeframes and developing others. Excellent academic qualifications, ideally in a finance, economics or quantitative discipline Proven experience in sales trading from international sell-side brokers with a strong track record of driving strategic change and improving competitive positioning Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes within defined timeframes, including process optimisation and execution strategy enhancements Experience in mentoring and developing teams to uplift performance and embed best practices Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate across regional and local stakeholders to align on strategic priorities Commercially minded, detail-oriented and capable of making quick, informed decisions under pressure.
