At Crisalix, prior to any aesthetic or reconstructive procedure, we help doctors and educate patients by answering fundamental questions, thanks to our state of the art online 3D visualization solutions.
Our proprietary platform is used by patients, leading medical aesthetic brands and the most recognized healthcare professionals around the world throughout the full patient journey, establishing us as the market leader. With our unbeaten key improvements on the main medical and business metrics, we are delighted and proud to enhance the beauty journey of people around the world day after day.
The team
We are an international technology engineering organization focused on people and our product. At Crisalix we work hard, and we have a beautiful project ahead of us to make a company an excellent place to work.
About the Role
We are looking for a strong, experienced Account Executive to drive our commercial growth in Europe.
This is a senior, hands-on sales role. The focus is on closing business, managing strategic accounts, and building long-term relationships with high-value clinics and clinic groups.
This role is designed for high performers with strong commercial judgment and leadership capability. While it is not a formal people management position at the outset, we expect the successful candidate to demonstrate the skills and maturity required to take on broader responsibility.
For the right profile, with consistent results, this can be a fast move into a team leadership or sales management role.
Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
Manage and close high-value and strategic accounts across Europe
Lead complex sales cycles with multi-location clinics and clinic groups
Run discovery calls, demos, and commercial discussions
Deliver clear, business-focused presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close commercial agreements
Proactively develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline
Use a mix of outbound, inbound, digital, and face-to-face approaches, including events and trade fairs where relevant.
Consistently deliver against individual revenue targets
Ambitious, with a clear interest in progressing toward commercial leadership through performance.
Commercial Contribution
Act as a reference point for high-quality sales execution
Share practical feedback from the field with sales and leadership
Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing when needed
Stay involved through onboarding and early adoption to ensure long-term success and retention.
Contribute to territory development and market expansion
Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting in CRM
Role Focus
In the first phase, this role is primarily about delivering results:
75–85% direct personal sales
15–25% strategic, cross-functional, and leadership contribution
High performers will be given the opportunity to take on team leadership responsibilities as the organisation grows and market coverage expands.
Progression will be based on performance, credibility, and execution — not tenure or job titles.
Qualifications
Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in Europe
Experience in SaaS, medical technology, healthcare, or other specialised markets
Strong background in consultative, value-based selling
Experience working with enterprise or multi-site customers
Required Skills
Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading colleagues is a strong advantage.
Strong hunter mentality with disciplined pipeline management
Excellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
Commercially driven and accountable for results
Comfortable working with senior decision-makers
Well organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical sector
Experience working in international teams
Exposure to partner or channel sales
