IFM (Integrated Facility Management) Senior Staff About the role We are seeking an experienced IFM (Integrated Facility Management) Senior Staff to join our team at PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia. In this full‑time role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of our facilities located in East Karawang, West Java.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the delivery of all facility management services, including cleaning, maintenance, and utilities.

Ensure facility operations are aligned with applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Oversee the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to maintain the functionality and appearance of our facilities.

Manage and supervise the facility management team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions to improve facility services.

Monitor and report on facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Participate in the planning and execution of facility‑related projects and initiatives.

Help leaders set work standards.

What we're looking for

Degree in minimum D3 Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in facility management or building operations, preferably in the real‑estate or property industry.

Willingness to work on a shift system.

Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, including maintenance, operations, and compliance.

Excellent problem‑solving, proactive and analytical skills to identify and resolve facility‑related issues.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of facility management professionals.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Relevant qualifications or certifications in facility management or related fields would be an advantage.
