Job Responsibilities: Retail Merchandising Strategy -

Develop and implement retail merchandising plans for ASUS products across key retail partners (e.g., consumer electronics stores, IT dealers, modern trade). Analyze market trends and competitor displays to identify opportunities for differentiation. Field Team Leadership

- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of field merchandisers to ensure high-quality execution. Set KPIs for store audits, display compliance, and retail visit frequency. Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge and merchandising skills. In-Store Execution & Compliance

- Ensure consistent execution of ASUS visual identity across all retail formats. Conduct periodic store visits to verify compliance with brand and display standards. Reporting & Performance Analytics

- Track and report store performance, display ROI, and merchandising KPIs. Provide insights on consumer behavior, store traffic, and retail conversion trends. Recommend improvements based on data analysis and market feedback. Collaboration with Store Management, Sales Team and Channel Marketing team to enhance visual merchandising.

Requirement : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communication, or any related fields Has around 4 - 5 years of working experience in merchandising areas for Consumer Electronics, Electronics, or IT companies Has experience in Visual Merchandising Strong leadership skill with ability of manpower management Strong in Data Arrangement, Data Oriented, Communication Skill, Branding Acumen Business level in English communication; able to speak Mandarin will be a plus
