Maintenance Assistant Manager

to ensure our production operations run at peak performance. What You’ll Do:

Oversee, control, and evaluate all maintenance and repair activities for production machinery, utility equipment, and supporting production facilities to ensure optimal production performance and operational reliability. What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Proven experience and strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing machinery within an FMCG company Familiarity with implementing and managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Solid experience in Preventive Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Process Utilities, and Automation Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA) Strong leadership capability in managing teams with diverse backgrounds in age, education, and tenure What you will get:
