Product Developer

Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head of Product to translate product vision and roadmap into clear technical execution plans. Manage and continuously refine the product backlog to ensure development priorities remain aligned with strategic objectives. Partner with the Product Design team to ensure all designs are technically feasible and functionally aligned with product goals. Convert product requirements and specifications into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Build, test, and enhance software features and components for assigned products. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and technical standards. Maintain high software reliability and performance through both automated and manual testing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches, including internal alignment, regulatory compliance, and required licensing processes. Provide technical input and recommendations on prototypes, wireframes, and feature concepts. Track and evaluate product-related KPIs to ensure optimal feature performance and continuous improvement. Contribute to market and user research initiatives to gather technical insights that inform product enhancements and innovation.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1-5 years of experience in product development or software engineering. Proficient in software development and agile methodologies. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Experience in fintech is a plus. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Adaptive, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset. Eager to learn and grow in product and engineering areas.
