What will you do: Create and manage job postings across various channels, including LinkedIn, career pages, and other recruitment platforms. Screen applications and actively source potential candidates who align with our hiring needs and company values. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Support and coordinate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool to support current and future hiring needs. Assist the team in analyzing people acquisition data and generating insights to improve hiring strategies.

What you will need: Fresh graduate or final year students of Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably from Psychology) Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Having relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Sourcing internships is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills, with good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. A detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter Platform is a plus. A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the team. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
