Job Descriptions : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize picking and packing workflows, ensuring 100% compliance with speed and quality SLAs. Coordinate staff schedules and task assignments to ensure optimal labor distribution during peak periods Organize and execute regular Cycle Counts and periodic Stock Take (Stock Opname) to verify stock integrity Manage shipping documentation and ensure couriers adhere to the warehouse’s loading protocols

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistic, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2- 4 years work experience in FMCG / E-Commers company Performing good communication and analytic skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required. Having a good sense in understanding of supply chain management process. Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory management tools is a must. Willing to WFO at Bekasi, Jawa Barat
