This full-time, on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia, is for a member of the Customer Relation Officer (Jakarta Area) at Viction.id. The role involves managing customer interactions to maintain satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The team member will also be expected to proactively identify customer needs and contribute to improving retention strategies.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Retention and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Problem-solving ability, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
Familiarity with the trading or financial education industry is a plus
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
