Social Media Strategist

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives

Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Plan and manage content deliverables, including content ideas, themes, editorial calendars, and monthly campaign assets

Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

Define ad objectives, audience targeting, budgeting, and creatives in collaboration with internal teams

Monitor, analyze, and report both organic and paid social media performance using analytics tools

Deliver regular performance reports and insights for content and ads, including recommendations for optimization

Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve campaign effectiveness

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content and ad assets

Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

Ability to plan, manage, and deliver clear campaign and content deliverables

Experience in audience targeting, A/B testing, budget allocation, and ad optimization

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights

Familiarity with social media and ad analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
