About the role

As the Head of Sales (HRIS & ERP Solution) at Lensa Software, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy and execution for the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. This is a key strategic role that will have a significant impact on the growth and success of the organisation. The role is based in our office in West Jakarta. What you’ll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base for HRIS and ERP solutions Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship and guidance to ensure they deliver exceptional sales performance Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and positioning the company's solutions accordingly Collaborate closely with the product, implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and a superior customer experience Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve sales processes Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge Contribute to the overall business strategy and planning as a member of the leadership team What we’re looking for

Extensive experience (8+ years) in sales, preferably in the HRIS or ERP software industry Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to exceed targets Excellent understanding of the HRIS and ERP landscape, including key industry trends, technologies and competitive landscape Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building capabilities Proficiency in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive improvements Degree in Business, Technology or a related field About Us
