Procurement Executive

Job Summary The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities to ensure timely sourcing of goods and services at the best possible cost, quality, and delivery terms. This role supports operational efficiency by maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and contributing to cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for goods and services

Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on delivery schedules

Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budget requirements

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders on purchasing needs

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships

Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews

Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Handle contract management, renewals, and documentation

Resolve delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies with suppliers

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field

4+ years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience

Good analytical and cost evaluation abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)

E xperience in vendor management and contract negotiation

Knowledge of supply chain best practices

Experience in IT hardware, electronics or related industry
