Responsibilities Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bar, or beverage operations to ensure that they run smoothly Training staff on beverage preparation techniques and food pairing recommendations Evaluating customer satisfaction with service, beverage quality, and atmosphere to improve performance when needed. Monitoring inventory levels of beer, wine, and liquor to ensure that there is enough supply for customers to purchase

Requirements Indonesian citizen Excellent interpersonal and communication skill. Excellent English proficiency Flexibility and ability to work as part of team Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, spirit, and other alcoholic beverages 2 years proven experience in Beverage Operations Leadership
