Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Identify, pursue, and secure high-value B2B opportunities and partnerships with enterprise-level clients.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver performance excellence and strong client relationships.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and solution alignment.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy and drive innovation.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting to senior management.
Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and business presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT consulting, system integration, or technology solutions companies focusing on enterprise/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proven experience in IT Project Based consulting.
Proven experience engaging with Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients, such as banking, insurance, or fintech.
Outstanding attention to details especially numbers, in P&L Projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding enterprise revenue targets.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into strategic solutions.
Experienced in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder accounts.
Adaptable to fast-paced, agile, and growth-oriented environments.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
