Responsibilities Systematically develop and manage KOL resources in the Indonesian market, building a localized influencer partnership ecosystem for the brand. Lead end-to-end KOL business negotiations, contract signing, and project execution to ensure efficient collaboration. Design tiered KOL collaboration strategies tailored to the Indonesian market and develop localized partnership solutions. Establish and continuously maintain a KOL database for Indonesia, enabling dynamic resource management and value optimization. Track and analyze collaboration data, optimize resource allocation, and continuously improve return on investment (ROI). Requirements 2+ years of experience in KOL marketing, business development, or digital marketing. Possession of a local KOL network in Indonesia is preferred. Familiarity with the Indonesian social media ecosystem and in-depth knowledge of platform operations, such as TikTok and Instagram. Excellent business negotiation skills, data‑driven mindset, and cross‑cultural communication abilities. Ability to work independently with strong goal orientation and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in English as a working language. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the beauty, FMCG, oral care, or related industries. Familiarity with key Indonesian holidays and cultural marketing rhythms. Experience in integrating and leveraging multi‑platform KOL resources. 2. Affiliate & KOC BD Specialist

Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliate creators on TikTok Shop and other platforms. Introduce product knowledge, commission structure, selling points, and content angles to boost conversions. Track performance metrics such as content volume, traffic, CTR, sales contribution, and GMV efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates by providing timely support, incentives, and campaign updates. Continuously expand the affiliate network through marketplace tools, communities, and partnerships. Identify and evaluate KOCs suitable for brand positioning and campaign needs. Design and negotiate package‑based collaborations (e.g., 15–30 videos per cooperation). Manage full workflow: briefing, product seeding, content review, posting timeline, usage rights, and performance checking. Build and maintain a stable KOC pipeline to ensure steady content output for awareness, seeding, and conversion. Optimize KOC collaboration efficiency to balance volume, quality, and cost. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in influencer/KOL/KOC management, affiliate marketing, BD, or social commerce. Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem, e‑commerce trends, and high‑conversion short‑video content. Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to manage many creators simultaneously. Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with performance tracking and optimization. Highly proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in English is a plus.
