Position: Content Creator – Business Development Delonix Group is looking for a bright and creative

Content Creator – Business Development

to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging video content while also understanding how content can support business growth and brand exposure.

You will be responsible for developing creative video content that showcases our products, projects, and business opportunities across digital platforms. If you enjoy storytelling through video and love bringing ideas to life through content, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging video content for marketing, brand promotion, and business development purposes

Develop creative concepts and scripts for digital content across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

Produce, shoot, and edit short-form video content to promote products, projects, and company initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and translate them into compelling content

Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to improve content performance

Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and business development initiatives through creative content

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in content creation, especially video production for digital platforms

Strong storytelling ability and creative thinking in developing engaging content

Comfortable appearing on camera or directing video shoots

Proficient in video editing tools or content production apps

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Bright, energetic personality with strong initiative and creativity

Able to work independently and generate fresh content ideas

Able to join as soon as possible

Bonus: Experience creating content related to

property, real estate, or hospitality

will be highly preferred.

Additional Note Candidates are encouraged to prepare a

portfolio of previous content work .

portfolio together with your CV , and shortlisted candidates will also be asked to prepare a

short video promoting several products

as part of the assessment process.
