Customer Service Implant (Balikpapan)

Job Description: Manage import shipment process including pre-alert handling, TORCH event code updates, and shipment monitoring until cargo release Coordinate customs clearance and permit applications (BPOM, KLH, Iron & Steel, Used Goods, Daglu) including inspection and LS processing Prepare and arrange required authorization letters and supporting documentation for regulatory compliance Monitor cargo readiness, packaging, loading, and transportation for export shipments Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth cargo movement Maintain shipment documentation, delivery confirmation, and operational reporting updates

Requirements: Able to start immediately upon hiring Minimal Diploma or bachelor's degree from recognized university Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, preferably in a logistics /freight forwarding company Familiar with International Freight Forwarding and Oil & Gas industry/sector Fluent in English (written and verbal) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
