About the role PT Fujimak Food Service Indonesia is seeking a motivated Sales professional to join our team in Kelapa Gading Jakarta on a contract basis. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to support the growth of our consumer products business.

What you’ll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products

Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and industry trends

Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies

Accurately record and report sales data and customer feedback

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role within the retail or consumer kitchen equipment products industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills

Familiarity with sales reporting and customer relationship management tools

A positive, customer‑centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
