Your Role in This Journey
Define and lead long-term marketing strategy for Bone Biologic, Spine Implant, Wound and Dental portfolios
Lead end-to-end new product launches and lifecycle management
Develop and manage KOL and CSO strategies, including onboarding and governance
Drive clinical education(D2D) programs (Meet the Experts, Meet the Masters, VCP, cadaver labs, workshops, symposiums)
Support sales enablement with clinical-level training and tools
Analyze market trends, CSO performance, and competitor landscape
Collaborate with Global Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, and Sales teams
Who We’re Excited to Meet
Medical Doctor (MD) license preferred
Background in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, or Spine Surgery preferred
5+ years of experience in medical device or clinical marketing roles
Strong understanding of spine surgery procedures, implant systems or bone substitute
Experience with KOL management and CSO collaboration
Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred

CBI supplies a wide range of medical aesthetic and healthcare products, including spinal and bone substitutes, hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, anti-adhesion agents, and foam dressings, providing advanced medical solutions to the people of Indonesia. Since our establishment in 2022, we have maintained continuous collaboration and education with local healthcare professionals through domestic and international conferences, the Meet the Master program, and global webinars. We place special focus on enhancing product knowledge and procedural skills in the field of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. We plan to build the CG MedTech Innovation Campus (CIC), a medical device manufacturing facility in Cikarang, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026. This facility will have the capacity to produce 6 million hyaluronic acid fillers annually and will pursue halal certification and local approvals in compliance with Indonesian product protection laws.
