What You WillDo:
Identify and approach potential clients in various industries who need packaging solutions for their products.
Conduct cold calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to present the company's products and services to new prospects.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and conducting regular communication.
Develop strategies to retain long-term customers by offering innovative and customized packaging solutions.
Responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with company objectives.
Prepare price quotation proposals and product specifications according to client needs.
Negotiate with clients to reach agreements.
Work closely with production, product development, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality that meets customer demand.
Conduct market research to understand the latest trends in the packaging industry and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports that include target achievement, prospect pipeline, and customer relationship developments.
What You Will Need:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Relevant experience can replace formal education.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, especially in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Experience working with clients from various industries (FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics, etc.) who require packaging solutions.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to reach agreements with clients.
Understand the technical specifications of packaging products, including materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for pipeline management and sales reporting.
